PresentMGR is a product of Comedy For The Internet Inc. ("CFTI", "we"). This page explains what we collect on presentmgr.com and in the PresentMGR app, and what we do with it.
The Green Room list
When you join, we store your email, and anything else you choose to share: your name, role, the kind of events you run, how many a year, and whether you'd like to try the beta. We use it only to send Green Room emails, beta invitations and product news, and to understand who we're building for. We don't sell it or share it for others' marketing. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to delete your details, by writing to [email protected].
Your PresentMGR account and events
If you use the cloud workspace, we store your account email, your workspaces, events, sessions and the presentation files you or your presenters upload, so you can prepare shows and bring them to your show computer. Files are private to your workspace and the presenters you give access to.
On show day
The PresentMGR app on your show computer keeps event data and files on that computer. Presenter phones connect to it over your local network. Live slide control does not go through our servers.
Service providers
We use Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery) to run PresentMGR. They process data on our behalf.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The app uses the storage your browser needs to keep you signed in and remember display preferences.
